First of all remember this and whenever you think about giving up, or, that you can't do it etc. Just say this to yourself
"I CAN DO THIS, I JUST HAVE TO NOT GIVE UP!!!"
(sorry for caps (but that was necessary) )
I assure you the results are WORTH it, definitely WORTHIT and I also agree that this will require lots of patience and training your eye muscles to do something that they never thought they could. Please follow this guide, if you skip steps, there is a huge chance you will mess it up and make it more harder for you.
LETS DIVE IN!
Make sure this image is roughly in center of your screen, you are viewing it from a normal reading distance and the screen is directly facing you. Done? Great now follow these steps.
- Place middle finger between these two eyes just at the bottom of image so it won't block your view of image.
- Focus on the TIP of your finger.
- Slowly bring your finger towards your nose, staying focused on your finger, but paying attention to the background image in your peripheral vision. You will notice that instead of two images, there are four (or three) images floating about.
- Continue bringing your finger closer to your nose until you see 3 images.
- After some failures, cursing yourself and thinking about giving up, YOU WILL see three images in the background. The middle one contains the left/right images overlapped.
- The middle image is your prize. It will be hard to keep it focused at first, it will get blurry or vanish completely, but you should keep on trying by adjusting your finger until you succeed on getting a stable sharp middle image.
- Now Slowly try to remove your finger from your field of vision, while keeping the middle image focused and sharp. If you fail try again from previous step.
- Gradually force your focus out to the combined left/right image in the middle.
- If you have problems keeping a lock on the middle image, try leaving your finger in the image for a while, but still focusing on the center image. Use your finger to regain left/right fusion.
- If at first you fail, don't worry. It took me a while. Relax, go away and rest your eyes, and try it again later.
NOTE: This won't be visually interesting but is a must do.
NOTE: Practice should be done on this simple image before moving on to more complicated scenes.

Congratulation! You have graduated. Now you can go on and try awesome stuff.
Once you are done with that, reap the fruits (links below), and believe me above practice is really worth your 30 mins (you will spend much less time actually).
PROTIPS:
- The larger the image the farther from screen you have to focus OR you have to make your eyes more "Crossed"
- For Best results make sure image is in center of screen both vertically and horizontally with less clutter around it.
The reward is awesome right? Do let me know in comments how do you feel, or what problems you are having.
